Can I cancel an order or exchange/refund?All Dear Stones Club products are not exchangeable or refundable in any case. We will ensure that purchased products are checked to pass quality standards and properly packed before shipping. If you encounter quality problems, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Warranty
Any warranty?Dear Stones Club provides a one-year general warranty, granted with proof of purchase - please keep and show the receipt as required. We will provide repair services within one year after purchase. If damage includes (stone falling/broken link/ear acupuncture breakage, etc.), fees will be charged according to different situations. Please note that repairing time varies depending on the pieces’ damage, logistics schedule & holiday effect.
Our general warranty does not cover general wear & tear or lost stones.
Dear Stones Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
We are also unable to return any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweler.
Dear Stones Club Limited reserves the right to make final decisions in case of any disputes arise.
